My forte is customer service and pubic relations. I am presently working in Real estate and attending certificate course from Nirem, Pakistan.

I had been working in tourism and aviation industry for a number of years and had been fortunate to work for major airlines like PIA, Air France, Emirates airline, Virgin atlantic, Malaysia airline and worked as Head of travel at The Aga Khan University and hospital.

I had the opportunity to work on a number of positions from junior to senior management in airlines ie Sales, Marketing, Event management, Public relations, Business development, Customer service, Airport operations, Baggage handling, Ticketing, Reservations, pricing and Managing Contact centre.

I have travelled extensively and have attend conferences, workshops and seminars in Dubai, Paris, Pakistan, Malaysia and Australia.

I have done masters from Karachi University, Entrepreneurship Diploma from IBA, Leadership diploma from college of London.

I am fluent in few languages like English, Urdu, Gujrati and fair in Arabic and French.

I like to build a positive networking with professional people. I am involved in community services for over 3 decades and working in the areas of Women empowerment, upliftment, fund raising, Gender, leadership trainings, grooming and workshops and I assist men and women to develop their skills and help senior citizens for betterment in life.
