He is Director Marketing and Sales of Abdullah Estates and serving in the areas of Defence Housing Authority, Clifton, DHA City, Bahria Town Karachi, Naya Nazimabad, Bahria Enclave Islamabad, closely working with Developers of Karachi and Islamabad.

He has done Masters in Mass Communication in the year 2015 and Bachelours in Commerce in the year 2009.

Maaz challenges the conventional way of Marketing and adopts the new marketing and sales strategy in the Real Estate industry. He launches abdullahestates.com started using digital marketing strategy to promote real estate.

He has a Key Role in Construction and Sales of the following projects; Saffron Residency, Saffron Heights, Saffron Villas in Karachi and Embassy Garden in Bahria Enclave Islamabad.

Maaz has served as Education Secretary of DEFCLAREA (Defence & Clifton Association of Real Estate Agents) for the year 2017-19. He is also the Member of Karachi Press Club, Member Pakistan Business Forum, Member REBIC (Real Estate Business Investment Group), Member ABAD (Association Of Builders And Developers Of Pakistan) and Member Real Estate Committee of FPCCI. He has Represent Real Estate Management in the Media Industry, he has strong links with the Key Medial personnel of Pakistan as well as International Media.
